Job Description:

Rocky Mountain Medical Equipment LLC/ Major Medical Supply is accepting resumes for Bilingual (Spanish) Admin to help with the o daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a positive and hard-working team player able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Processing paperwork in a timely into our internal computer system and generating all delivery paperwork for orders. This is a full-time position. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. We are here to assist with consultation, selection and fitting of products, training and instruction.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate individual
  • Provide translation with our Spanish speaking customers
  • Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish REQUIRED
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Confirms understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests
  • Assist with Customer walk-ins
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
  • Understanding a patient’s need and recommended the best product for them
  • Add-on sales/being able to build a sale
  • Customer relations – retail and referral
  • Scanning Patient Files
  • Complete and accurate Intake and Insurance verification
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Required Skills & Experience

·        Previous durable medical equipment (DME) experience is preferred

·        1 years of customer service or comparable experience

·        Must be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service

·        Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and correspondences

·        High level of attention to detail

·        Fluency in Spanish and English.

·        Ability to work independently and in team environment


Physical Requirements and Demands:

·        Lifting – up to 50 lbs

·        Bending, climbing, standing, sitting for long periods of time

·        Regular and continuous eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to set up durable medical equipment.

·        Frequent bending, twisting, grasping and squeezing and occasional kneeling. Climbing stairs, reaching above the shoulder is required to retrieve, store and set up durable medical equipment

·        Ability to use basic tools (e.g. screwdrivers, wrench, etc.)
