Job Description:

Rocky Mountain Medical Equipment is hiring for an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). The ATP requires knowledge of wheeled mobility systems, seating and positioning, ambulation assistance, environmental control and assistance in daily living. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills as well as excellent Customer Service skills and strong sales, marketing. Other duties include education for both professional and nonprofessional caregivers.

Our home medical equipment and respiratory experts are here to evaluate customers’ individual needs, and help them find the most beneficial products and services. We are here to assist with consultation, selection and fitting of products, training and instruction.

Core Responsibilities:

·        Evaluates customers Rehab equipment needs, delivers and fits equipment, and assures that functional goals established at the evaluation are met.

·        Orders appropriate products and equipment for customers.

·        Provides products and equipment to customers and assures proper instruction on use and care of the product and equipment.

·        Provide general repairs to rehab equipment and products, appropriately set-up, assemble, and program rehab equipment as trained by manufactures recommendations

·        Assists customer service in obtaining necessary information to qualify orders.

·        Establishes relationships with physicians and other health care providers to increase positive exposure to increase sales for Rocky Mountain Medical Equipment.

·        Keeps up-to-date with changes within the industry

·        Maintains certifications and licenses

 

Required Skills & Experience

·        RESNA certified

·        Previous durable medical equipment (DME) experience is preferred

·        Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in complex rehab
